Dosage and Administration
Hypertension:
adult 4 mg a day, max 16 mg a day
elderly >75 year; 2 mg once a day
Heart failure:
initial dose 4 mg a day, Up-titration to the target dose of 32 mg once daily or the highest tolerated dose
